Successful Interview Session Conducted by Japanese Delegation at IIAP & KM International

The “International Institute for Asian Peace” and “KM International” jointly conducted interviews yesterday for positions in Hotel Management and Tourism. The owner came directly from Japan to conduct the interviews and select candidates. Our honorable Chairman was also present at the event.

It is worth mentioning that interviews were conducted for candidate selection in the following categories through direct interviews from our institution:

  1. Hotel Management

  2. Construction

  3. Agriculture

  4. Others

Golam Kabir, a prominent Bangladeshi entrepreneur with dual citizenship in Bangladesh and Japan, has made significant contributions to various sectors, including automobile exports, banking, and manpower recruitment. He is the founder and president of Kabir Auto Export Co. Ltd., a leading exporter of both new and reconditioned vehicles from Japan to countries like Bangladesh, Russia, and New Zealand. Additionally, he established M/S KM International in 2015, a recruitment agency facilitating the employment of Bangladeshi workers abroad

Japanese representatives have recently visited Bangladesh's garment industry to explore avenues for deepening bilateral trade and investment. Notably, a delegation from the Japan External Trade Organization met with the Bangladesh Garment Manufacturers and Exporters Association.



Work place in Bangladesh Garment's Industries. Japan and Bangladesh have been negotiating a bilateral Economic Partnership Agreemen to strengthen economic ties. The third round of negotiations was held in Tokyo, focusing on areas such as trade in goods, investment, and intellectual property. Both sides are working on scheduling the fourth round of negotiations.
